Skip's Salmon Cakes
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- 1 T Dijon
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t horseradish
- 1 ea egg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bass-o-matic the salmon until smooth, then mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Form into patties, then roast at 425 until internal temperature is 140.
- Sear both sides of each patty in a scorching hot skillet with a little oil.
